Return Policy

Personalised Items:
As each mug is custom made with your image or logo, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check all images, spelling, and details before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your mug arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the print, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily organise a replacement or refund. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging to help us sort it out quickly.
