Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping 3–7 business days
Express Shipping 1–3 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.
Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Restrictions:

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.
Please double-check all names, dates, and details before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at stepbackintimedezignz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund if the error is ours.
